All our paper products are crafted with high-quality, acid-free paper to prevent yellowing and ensure durability. Our notebooks feature sturdy bindings that resist tearing, while sticky notes use reliable adhesive that stays in place without damaging surfaces. We prioritize smooth, bleed-resistant paper to accommodate various writing tools, including pens, pencils, and markers.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be changed or canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed. If your order has already entered the processing stage, we cannot modify or cancel it. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase to avoid any inconvenience.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
We package all items securely to prevent damage during transit. If your notebook, sticky notes, or handbook arrives damaged, please inspect the package upon delivery and notify us within 3 business days. We will guide you through the process to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on availability.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after purchase. Standard shipping typically takes 5-12 business days, while expedited shipping (if available) takes 2-5 business days. Processing times may be extended during peak periods.
Can I return or exchange a product? We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
