We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of notebooks, sticky notes, handbooks, and other paper products. This Return & Exchange Policy outlines the guidelines for returning or exchanging items, ensuring a fair and straightforward process for all customers.
You may initiate a return or exchange within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unmarked, and in their original packaging, with all tags or labels intact. Since our products are paper-based, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that show signs of use, such as written marks, torn pages, or damaged packaging, as these cannot be resold.
Custom or personalized items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable, as they are made specifically to your requirements. This includes any notebooks, handbooks, or sticky notes with custom designs, engravings, or personalized text.
To start a return or exchange, please follow the instructions provided in the order confirmation or on our store’s dedicated returns page. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect (e.g., wrong product, wrong quantity). In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide further guidance.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Refunds will exclude any original shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.
For exchanges, if the requested replacement item is in stock, we will ship it to you once the returned item is inspected and approved. If the replacement is out of stock, we will offer a full refund instead. Please note that exchange processing times may vary based on product availability.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 3 business days of delivery to be eligible for a free return, refund, or exchange. Failure to report within this timeframe may result in reduced eligibility or denial of the request.
